After graduating as an Engineer from BITS , Pilani in 1971, Mrs. Chandralekha Bhaskar headed Marketing Divisions of leading OEAs of Kirloskar Cummins of their times. In 1988-89, she set up manufacturing plant at Noida and has been OEA of Cummins, Kirloskar Oil Engines and Leyland since then.
